Idiopathic agioedema. 12 years continuous/13 yr remission/returned. on zantaz 150mg 2x/day, 10mg zyrtec (cetirizine) 2x/day. can't take steroids. in er frequently.

See an allergist: That are many potential causes for angioedema . The most serious concern would be upper airway obstruction. Since your problem is not controlled by antihistamine, you need to see an allergist asap to find out whether the problem is indeed idiopathic or whether another kind of medication would work for you.
