PCOS?: There are lots of possibilities and you need to see a doctor to be sure of what is going on. That said, the most common cause of not getting periods is polycystic ovarian syndrome. This is a complicated condition that is generally thought to start by an abnormality in the way Insulin works in the body. See your doc!
