Not expected: Perhaps you are taking xyzal (levocetirizine) because your nasal symptoms are getting worse. Nasal congestion may trigger migraines for some people. Try stopping xyzal (levocetirizine) for 3 days, and if this makes no difference , then it is not the culprit. If an antihistamine is a must, try a different antihistamine.
