Can one be in anaphylactic shock and still have oxygen levels of 98%? the nurse said it was an anxiety attack but dr. said it was anaphylactic shock.

Unlikely: Anaphylactic shock is the most severe form of allergic reaction and there is decrease in blood pressure (shock) likely with other symptoms like hives, itching, cough/wheeze, and abdominal pain/vomiting. If shock is significant with or without respiratory symptoms, oxygen level will likely fall. If blood pressure is decreased but not profoundly, oxygen level may be preserved. See an allergist.
