May be yeast: Yeast infections of the skin (tinea coporis, ring worm) commonly appear as circular lesions, often in moist areas of the body. They slowly grow over time, leading to a reddish scaly ring with a clearing of the center. They can be treated with over the counter antifungal creams. Discuss it with your doctor to see what they think it may be.
