See a doc: Problem could be gastrointestinal relayed, e.g. Esophageal reflux, etc. May be inner ear/sinus/ neuro related (affected by position). Unlikely, but possible cardiac/ rhythm issue. Can't tell here. See md, get thorough exam, tests as appropriate.
