Ingrown hair?: If u shave/wax bikini area, may have infected, ingrown hair. Warm compresses may bring to head to let infxn drain ; hair to emerge. Don't squeeze; that can drive infxn deeper. If large area of redness, see fp for evaluation ; treatment options.
