May need urine test: A primary care doctor can do a urine test to see if there is a mild infection (too mild to cause larger symptoms). However, if one is a teen and not sexually active, this might just go away by itself in a few days (drink plenty of fluids if a restroom is available). If sexually active, or an adult, one should get checked out, especially if any symptoms (even mild ones) persist.

Urinary infection: Is a possibility, could be from urinating with thighs tightly closed during urination which can cause vaginal trapping of urine or a consequence of masturbation. Suggest having urinalysis if symptoms continue.
