Viral illness: If she is happy and alert despite the fever, i would push fluid, warm baths and Ibuprofen for fever control and salt water nose drops. The vaporizer at night is also helpful.

CROUP DIARRHEA: You can manage the lbm by putting the baby on brat diet. The older sibling needs rx for her croup, lots of fluids, humidifier or both needs to be seen by md.
