Probably: Not my field but i will jump in since no one else has. Your irregular period signals that your sex hormones are not normal. You need to see an endocrinologist or gyn to get it regulated. With all of the other medical issues, you need to get a handle on them before considering having a baby- which takes a lot out of the mother.

Irregular periods: The irregular periods are most likely to be the cause of the difficulty getting pregnant. The other issues can make it more difficult with pregnancy, but not likely to cause infertility. See an infertility specialist to get you to release an egg more regularly.
