No: The anxiety response does increase cortisol, but to my knowledge that doesn't affect estrogen or progesterone, which control your menstrual cycle. Maybe your long menstrual cycle is causing you anxiety? Birth control pills can help regulate your cycle if that's an option for you? Anxiety can be debilitating, see a doctor for options regarding behavioral therapy or medications.
