Rashes are difficult to describe in words. A pediatrician or a dermatologist can examine the red spots rash to see what they might be. Rashes may be due to eczema (sensitive dry skin), medications, viral infections, allergies, autoimmune reactions, chemical irritants, bug bites, fungal infections (like "ringworm"), etc...
