Why do you have med?: I think the Flomax (tamsulosin) is reasonable if it was prescribed to you before. I'd usually want a culture before treating with antibiotic (not that it has to be back but that it's been sent). More concerning is why you have the antibiotic laying around. That usually means you didn't complete a course of therapy and that may be the reason you're having the issue. See your doc, follow the instructions.
