Tibial periostitis: W/ no other history and presuming you are jogging/ running and both legs affected the most common reason w/o examining you is 'shin splints.' can occur when running alone esp.W/o stretching and if you have increased the intensity of your workouts. See your ors for evaluation and to confirm dx. Usually most tender when u press on your shin (tibia)bone in its lower1/3.Good luck!
