An exam will tell: Sounds like you might simply need an update in a glasses rx, but it's impossible to tell without having an eye exam. Bring your glasses and/or contacts in, and let your eye doctor know your symptoms as well as specific triggering factors (e.g. More trouble with reading? Computers? Driving? Etc.).
