Not be kidney pain?: Abdominal pain with breathing is due to moving of diaphragm. It does not have to be kidney pain as other factors are possible e.g. Lower end of lungs due to pleurisy. The kidneys do not feel pain unless the capsule around it is inflamed or distended. Poss kidney infection or stone disease. But see your doc to evaluate location of pain and may be do an ultrasound if needed.
