Fenugreek: If you need to increase your breast milk supply an herb called fenugreek taken 2 caps 4 times per day will help. Frequent pumping (every 2 hours) will help as well.

Frequent pumping: Frequent pumping, taking your meals on time and adding about 300 extra calories as you are breast feeding, relax and may be fenugreek if needed. It does not always work but worth a try.

Pump after feedings: To pump out more milk, one can try pumping after each feeding. Be sure to pump five times a day, if not after every feeding. Try massaging the breasts during pumping, to empty out as much of the milk as possible.
