Trying to get pregnant. when would one most likely ovulate on a 23 day cycle? and would cysts on uterus effect implantation?

Good luck: With a 23 day cycle, you would ovulate on cycle day 9. There is always 14 days from ovulation until the period starts. You should be having sex starting at least by cycle day 10 and continuing at least every other day until after cycle day 16. You can always have more sex but for the best chance to conceive don't have less than that noted above.
