please ask your OB!!: If you were my pt i would allow u to dye your hair and do your nails but it would be bad to pierce your lip as your vascular volume is increased and you would bleed more and have more chance for infection, after 6 weeks post partum when all of your pregnancy changes are gone then u can pierce your lip.
