See below: Bv should not cause chills but a UTI could. I would recommend taking the antibiotic prescribed for the bladder infection and hold off on the BV treatment. If all your symptoms resolve after cure of your UTI you would not need further treatment. If you still have BV symptoms after your UTI is cured you could start your treatment for it then.
