Why is it harder for some females to orgasim and others iit is not?

Female Sexuality: I may have misread your question since it is so open ended. If i did please ask again. Do you mean orgasm with intercourse? Or orgasm with masturbation or clitoral stimulation? Many if not a majority of women do not have much stimulation of the clitoris with intercourse and need to add this activity as part of their sexual play with a partner.
