A member asked:

I've been lactating for 3 years, non pregnancy related. discharge from left nipple is green. prolacton levels normal. what are the possible causes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

lactation: Green discharge is concerning for infection. Lactation is usually associated with elevated prolactin levels. Despite your normal prolactin level i would suggest you have an MRI of your brain to evaluate your pituitary gland. See your doctor.
