Eat less, exercise: A big belly is linked to increased body fat and carbohydrate intake which can be from refined sweets, drinks, bread, pasta, potatoes, corn and alcohol. To lose your gut which will decrease your risk of heart disease, eat 500cal/day less to lose one pound per week. This softens the hard fat (visceral) to soft fat, drink water, decrease alcohol, and exercise 150minutes/week including core exercise.
