Menopause: Whether you are 47 or 54, the beginnings of menopause is as likely as pregnancy. If you did not have unprotected sex, it is definitely the most likely reason. Do a test when the time is right - also see a doctor for an exam to help you make the best decisions for how to handle this time in your life. Best wishes!
