Type of rash?: Treatment will vary with cause fungus, bacteria, virus, allergy? If mild combination of micatin (miconazole) and hydrocrotisone. Ream could be used. If it persists it is best to see physician for evaluation , tests if necessary and treatment.

History: If only on face think of a local dermatitis likely something you applied to the face. Review any oils cosmetics sun screens etc you applied even shave creams, night creams and perfumes. That will give a clue as to what caused this. Lanolin allergy is a common culprit.
