Very little: Tubal ligation is the safest and best permanent method of birth control , how ever there is a failure rate of 2-19 per 1000 procedures , that means not 100%

should be very low: Assuming it was done correctly please call your gyn as an xray dye test can be done to make sure both tubes are blocked, i personallyhardly ever do it that way, do essure in office 99% of the time, if u have preg sxs then please do a preg test.
