Very low: Very low chance of pregnancy as tubal ligation tends to be effective at preventing pregnancy.

Unlikely: Tubal ligation's done properly have less than a 1% chance of failure. The fact that you've not conceived after two years of unprotected intercourse after tubal ligation means that the likelihood of conceiving spontaneously is minimal.
