Can use: An antibiotic ointment on lids and lashes at bedtime, ocusoft lid scrubs in the morning will help. If very severe would consider using Minocin (minocycline) , an antibiotic, by mouth once a day for at least 1-2 months. Have your eye care doctor determine how aggressive you need to be to treat this.
