there may be: There are some people who think that excessive amounts of refined sugars, especially fructose in our food may make a difference, as well as the many additives and preservatives in food. There is not much proof of this, but trying an organic/ macrobiotic diet may be healthier anyway. There are non-drug treatments, including relaxation techniques, meditation and other psychotherapies as well.

Diet exercise: Diet that eliminates processed sugar and food coloring. Daily cardiovascular exercise and increasing scheduled or structure in ones life can make a huge difference.
