Addiction and panic: An addiction and dependence is by definition increasing use of a medication whereby one increases its use to obtain a euphoric and pleasurable effects. Some substances has the propensity to develop a tolerance and therefore requires higher doses to achieve its effect. The dose you are using is of minimal amount but there are other medication that may benefit you such as ssri. So the answer is no.
