Probably not.: It's possible (almost anything is possible), but highly unlikely. You didn't describe what you have on your foot that led you to believe that it's herpes. Consult a dermatologist and find out what is going on.

Herpes won't spread: It's almost impossible to diagnose sores on the penis (or other parts of the body) without seeing them. Herpes would not spread to the foot.

Hello, I have sores on my penis. I don't think it's herpes though since it's not herpes if it's everywhere and I itch everywhere no pain at all?
I have sores/spots on my penis. Both clumped/individual. Dont break/redden/hurt, remains for years. Dont fit the profile of fordyce spots (i have those), much smaller and are on the foreskin. Possibly herpes? Idk but they dont break nor inflame?
