Needs care: Outside: make sure it's neither pressing nor pulling on any part of the nose or it can erode the structure of the nose. Inside: keep the nose moist to avoid nosebleeds from it rubbing against the nasal lining. Ensure that a medical professional is monitoring it for these and other issues.
