No: One cannot have a normal regular period and be pregnant. Having a normal period means not pregnant. A negative urine pregnancy test might be a false-negative if the test is done too early (such as in the first few days after fertilization). However, having both a regular period and a negative urine test definitely means not pregnant. But, she could get pregnant a few days after this period ends.
