What is the best way to take thyroid hormones and bisphosphonates? (timing?)

A doctor has provided 1 answer

First thing in AM: Thyroid hormone needs to be taken away from other medications or supplements, at least 30 minutes before breakfast. Biphosphonates, once a week or once a month has to be taken in the morning. Avoid eating, or lying down for 30 minutes after. Drink a full glass of plain water along with the pill.
