College Health: It sounds like you have gone off to college-every school has a health service for exactly these kinds of problems. Don't be afraid to go there and tell them exactly what is going on-- they should ask you for a urine sample to do another culture( i assume one was done in the first place) and then start you on another course of antibiotics. Then follow up with them to make you are well.

See below: You need to be reevaluated with a urine culture and urinalysis as a minimum. The bacteria causing your cystitis is probably resistant to the Amoxicillin you are receiving. You probably need to start a different antibiotic like Cipro (ciprofloxacin) or levoquin that is more likely to be effective. For this you need to see a doctor again.
