Nope: You should worry about that exactly as much as you worry about any other thing that happens to someone else. Life's a rough ride, and i'd wait until you hit the speed bumps before you get anxious. That said, eat right and exercise - it'll get you far.

Preoccupations: Heart failure can strike what appears to be normal people, but the incidence is like being struck by lightening. I have known of infants, 8 yo and adults, all who died from hf after a randomly acquired viral infection of the heart. Rare things rarely happen.You are thousands of times more likely to pass in a car crash. Enjoy the life you have and let this issue go.
