Get checked.: Black stools can sometimes be an indication of bleeding somewhere inside the GI tract. Probably best to see your physician for an evaluation. Pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) can cause black-colored stools too. There are many causes of abdominal pain. Your physician should evaluate you and determine the cause.
