Ritalin (methylphenidate): Maybe a slow release methylphenidate could be of use to you. Finding the right dose can be frustrating. Avoid caffeine at all costs! this can cause tachycardia. Your doctor can provide you with several slow release or continual release options that are available. Hope this helps.
