Can spread w. sex: Herpes can be spread if you have sex during menstruation as it can at any time having unprotected sex with a partner who has genital herpes. Not sure what you maen by spread from tampons or used pads. Hopefully this are disposed of in a hygienic wayand not reused by someone else.
