hello. i jammed my right ring finger 12 years ago and i still have pain in the knuckle. is there anything i can do to get rid of the pain?

exercise: The best exercise for "knuckle pain" is to grab a tennis ball and squeeze it frequently while you are sitting and watching tv. This will draw the fluid out of the joint that is painful.
