Do you feel lucky?: Withdrawal is a poor method of birth control. Even if your partner is conscientious, pre-ejaculate fluid is released which does contain semen. Consider a barrier method like condoms.

Still high: Why don't you get a pregnancy test done so you'll know? Then if its negative, go to your doctor or clinic and get started on a reliable contraceptive such as the birth control pill or iud, or at least start using condoms, which serve the dual purpose of preventing pregnancy pretty well when used and also protect against sexually transmitted diseases and hiv.
