Can zoloft (sertraline) make u sweat and start dripping with sweat and have hot flashes which in return make u cold? temp. norm97.5.

Yes..a side effect: Sweating is listed as one of the side effects of zoloft (sertraline)..Some can be severe. Since sweating is a cooling mechanism for your body when hot, sweating when you are not hot will make you feel cool/cold afterward, espcially if your sweating is severe. So, if this is bothering you much, consider talking to your doc for possible change of treatment... Good luck..

It's possible: Zoloft (sertraline) can cause excessive sweating. When sweat evaporates, it can make you feel cold. However, some medical conditions can also cause excessive sweating, so it's best to speak to your physician about this. Hope this answer helps.

Zoloft (sertraline): If symptoms coincide with starting zoloft (sertraline) or upping the dose, then yes. Please talk to your prescribing doc.
