Blood tests -TTG IgA: If you have an abnormal tissue transglutaminase IgA then you can follow that over time (6 months) and it will progressively normalize if you are adherent to the gluten free diet. I recommend seeing a gastroenterologist beforess going on a gluten free diet so you can be certain about your diagnosis before starting a life-long gluten free diet.
