Rest, be comfortable: Drink plenty of liquid daily: suck on ice chips; sip water, clear soda, clear broths, non-caffeinated sports drinks. Let the stomach settle. Stop eating solid fatty seasoned foods for a few hours. Ease back to eating bland, easy-to-digest foods: soda crackers, toast, gelatin, bananas, rice, chicken. Stop eating if nausea returns. Avoid dairy, caffeine, alcohol, nicotine. Best regards for relief.
