Labyrinthitis: The most likely cause is an inner ear infection. Do take him to emergency room to r/o stroke and other causes due to his advance age!

Various reasons: He could be vomiting because of a viral infection or he could have high blood pressure. In addition he might be having a heart attack. The point is, he should be examined to determine the cause.
