should be fine: The fingers are very vascular and heal quickly. 7-10 days, or 1 week for the fingers is usually enough time to let the finger get full closure, and heal. If the area looks as though it is not ready, the sutures can be left in for a few more days. Ultimately, weeks after, the area should be close to healed fully, but scarring and some discoloration can be normal. Best wishes.
