if it is only one: One Depo-Provera shot , you can be pregnant shortly . If you have been on it for while it will take couple of months to get the hypothalamus , pituitary and ovarian axis to reoriented for the hormones to be in the normal mode for normal period and pregnancy to take place

Few months: Depoprovera hangs around for 3 months, periods should resume then if theybwere normal to begin with.
