If you are sleeping: The right number of hours, it suggests that the quality of your sleep is not good. See a sleep medicine specialist.

Sleep apnea: Sufferers from sleep apnea frequently wake up with headaches, slow thinking, and feeling as though they did not sleep at all. There are other sleep disorders that cause similar problems, but a sleep study and evaluation should help find the exact cause for you. Get a referal to a local sleep trained physician.
