Possibly..: During orgasm, the uterus 'contracts' because two ligaments attach it to the vulvar muscles that also contract rhythmically during orgasm. This might 'pull' on the fallopian tubes/ovaries. If you have ovarian cysts, this could be cause discomfort or abdominal cramping. Masturbation should not be causing any harm, however.
