Not enough info: Blood in the urine is not a sign of pregnancy. 'hematuria', as it is termed, means that there is blood in the urine. Blood in the urine may be caused by a bladder infection, kidney stones or a type of bleeding disorder. I would advise that you make an appointment with your health care provider to evaluate this further.
